All extended warranty plans sold by TJK AUTO are administered and serviced by American Assurance Corporation. Claims, payments, and customer service are handled directly by AAC.

Warranty pricing is set by American Assurance Corporation and depends on the specifics of the vehicle you're covering. We don't publish a flat rate because the same plan can cost very different amounts on two different vehicles.

Common questions

All claims are administered by American Assurance Corporation. TJK AUTO sells the plan at point of purchase; AAC takes it from there — claim filing, repair-shop authorization, and any payouts go through them directly.
Pricing is calculated per vehicle based on year, make, model, mileage, and the tier you choose. Reach out with the vehicle details and we'll come back with quotes for all four levels so you can compare.
Each tier is cumulative. Powertrain Protection includes everything in Engine Protection; Plus Protection includes everything in Powertrain Protection; Extra Protection includes everything in Plus Protection. You only need to pick one tier — the highest one you want.
At any licensed repair facility in the US that's authorized by American Assurance Corporation. Most dealerships and independent shops can submit claims directly to AAC for approval.
